"Almighty God is not His name"

Before we start, I need to tell you why I don't use the personal name of God in all the studies on this website. I don't use His name because most people are offended by the truth about God's true name, and since this site is an outreach to help people come to know the truth, they first need to grow and mature. Just the fact that the first sentence of this particular study starts by saying, "The Almighty God is not God's personal name" can offend some people, so I try to introduce truth slowly. Let's begin the study.

The title “Almighty God” is just that, it’s a title and a title is not a personal name.

Exodus 6:3 I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty, but by My name LORD I was not known to them.
We have been programed to call our heavenly Father by the titles LORD, LORD God, God, and Almighty God, which are all titles.
Psalm 68:4 Sing to God, sing praises to his name; prepare a way for him who rides on the clouds. His name is the LORD—be glad in his presence!
Our Father wants us to know His personal name, even though it’s holy.
Psalm 105:3 “Exult in his holy name; rejoice, you who worship the LORD.”
Isaiah 57:15 "For this is what the high and exalted One says -- he who lives forever, whose name is holy.”
Psalm 99:3 “Let them praise your great and awesome name. Your name is holy!”
God even wants us to make His name known all over His creation.
Psalms 105:1-11: "Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done.”
Ezekiel 39:7: "I will make known my holy name among my people Israel.”
Isaiah 12:4 In that day you will say: “Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted.
Even His only begotten Son understood the need to make His Father’s holy name known.
John 17:26: "I have made your name known to them and will continue to make it known.”
Luke 11:2 Jesus said, “This is how you should pray: “Father, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon.”
The problem is that for some reason, the Jews felt that God’s name was too holy to say, so they invented ways to say His name without really saying it. By doing this, the people forgot the personal name of their heavenly Father.
Jeremiah 23:26-27 How long will this continue in the hearts of these lying prophets, who prophesy the delusions of their own minds? They think the dreams they tell one another will make my people forget my name, just as their ancestors forgot my name through Baal worship.
Israel’s ancestors forgot God’s name because of Baal worship. Why would Baal worship cause people to forget God’s true name? Because the name Baal means, Lord.
Strong's H1168 בַּעַל bah'-al Baal = "lord"
Today, we still don’t know the true name of our heavenly Father because of Baal worship. The true name of the Father is, “YAH”.
Let’s take another look at Psalm 68:4 in two different translations.
Psalm 68:4 Sing to God, sing praises to his name; prepare a way for him who rides on the clouds. His name is the LORD—be glad in his presence! ~ NIV
Psalm 68:4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name; extol Him who rides on the clouds, by His name Yah, and rejoice before Him. ~ NKJV
The Father’s name is not Almighty, although many know Him by that name. His true personal name is not, God or even LORD, His true name is YAH, and it’s holy.
Isaiah 26:4 Trust in the Lord forever, for in Yah, the Lord, is everlasting strength.
Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.”
Isaiah 38:11 I said, “I shall not see Yah, The Lord in the land of the living; I shall observe man no more among the inhabitants of the world.
The name “YAH” is the abbreviation of the full name, “Yahweh”. The word "LORD" is not YAH's name so Exodus 6:3 should be written like this.
Exodus 6:3 I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty, but by My name, Yahweh I was not known to them.
Some people have been taught that YAH’s name is “I AM”, because of Exodus 3:14, but “I AM” is not a personal name either.
Exodus 3:14 And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.”
The words “I AM” is a description of the One who sent Moses. The term “I AM” refers to YAH’s eternal existence in that He is not the “I WAS” or the “I WILL BE” He is the “I AM” which means ever present. If you continue reading, YAH actually tells Moses what His personal name is forever.
Exodus 3:14-15 And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.” And God said again to Moses, “So you must say to the Israelites, ‘Yahweh, the God of your ancestors, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is my name forever, and this is my remembrance from generation to generation.’
Yahweh is the personal name of our heavenly Father; it’s His name forever. Some people use the letter "J" in YAH's name, but the letter "J" is only about 500 years old, so it would not have been used in YAH's name.

The name “Yahweh” is mentioned over 6000 times in the Scriptures, but it was covered up, and hidden, by the title, “LORD”.

Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!
Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel! Yahweh is our God, Yahweh is one!
Daniel 9:14 Therefore the Lord has kept the disaster in mind, and brought it upon us; for the Lord our God is righteous in all the works which He does, though we have not obeyed His voice.
Daniel 9:14 Therefore Yahweh has watched over the calamity and brought it on us; for Yahweh our God is righteous with respect to all His deeds which He has done, but we have not listened to His voice.
Exodus 3:15 Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations.’
Exodus 3:15 God said again to Moses, “So you must say to the Israelites, ‘Yahweh, the God of your ancestors, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is my name forever, and this is my remembrance from generation to generation.’
Now, let’s take some time to look at the Son’s name.
The name of YAH’s Son is not “Christ” or “Jesus Christ”. The term “Christ” means “Anointed” and the name “Jesus” is a name that was manipulated and change from the Son’s true name “Yeshua”. Look at these two different translations of the same verse.
Hebrews 4:8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
Hebrews 4:8 For if Joshua had given them rest, He would not have spoken of another day after that.
The name “Yeshua” means “Joshua” in English. The name “Joshua” in Hebrew means “YAH saves”. The name “Jesus” has no meaning in Hebrew.
The name “Yeshua” means “YAH saves” this why the Son is called “Yeshua” because He came to save His people from their sins.
Matthew 1:20-21 But while he considered these things, behold, an angel of Adonai appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Miriam as your wife, for the Child conceived in her is from the Ruach ha-Kodesh. She will give birth to a son; and you shall call His name Yeshua, for He will save His people from their sins.”
Is there a problem with calling Yeshua, Jesus? In my opinion, is it proper to call John, Timothy? I would say to use the name, Jesus, with those who don’t know the truth, because calling Jesus by His true name can be offensive to those who don’t know the truth. Maybe, at some point in time, they may come to know the true name of our heavenly Father, and His Son.
Revelation 14:1 Then I looked, and behold, the Lamb was standing on Mount Zion, and with Him were 144,000 who had His name and His Father’s name written on their foreheads.
Amen…
